personal or business checks must have a Bank
Letter of Guarantee and made

Closed for pick-up on Saturday, Sunday, &

There will be a $10 per day storage fee after
the 15th day.
All units must be paid for in full before
leaving the lot.

Every item sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”. Absolutely
no guarantees or
warranties. Buyer has full responsibility to
inspect each item before bidding.
DEFAULT BY PURCHASER
If purchaser fails to pay the full purchase
price, the title will be held by
Manheim Imperial Florida and the gate pass will not
be issued to the purchaser
until full payment has been received.
Storage fee will start the
15th day at
the rate of $10 per day.
The sale catalog has been prepared only as a
guide. Buyer relies on his own
inspection of items and not solely on
information listed in catalog.
